LOUIS TOMLINSON RELEASES ‘TWO OF US’ MUSIC VIDEO: Louis Tomlinson has released a beautifully shot new music video for his single “Two Of Us.” The 27-year-old musician sings to his late mom, Johannah Deakin, who passed away in 2016 after a long battle with leukemia. The track was written as a tribute to her. Just recently, Louis’ younger sister, Felicite, also passed away and he shared his thanks to fans for giving him time to mourn.
KELLY CLARKSON RESPONDS TO WEIGHT LOSS PILL & DIET RUMORS: Kelly Clarkson is responding to rumors that she’s been taking weight loss pills and/or partaking in “fad diets.” The 37-year-old singer opened up on Twitter in response to the rumors. “Other fake news that’s going around about me is that I’ve been taking weird pills 4 weight loss or doing weird fad diets. All of this is not true. I ain’t got time 4 all that. I eat the same stuff I always have. It’s all just made w/different flours/sugars/ingredients. #DrGundry,” she wrote.
HALSEY DROPS ‘NIGHTMARE’ SONG & VIDEO: Halsey’s new single “Nightmare” is out now, along with the official video. The song is the follow-up to the 24-year-old singer’s smash hit single “Without Me,” which has gone platinum four times. The accompanying music video was directed by two-time MTV VMA winner Hannah Lux Davis, was based on a concept by Halsey, and features an all-female cast.
CHANCE THE RAPPER DROPS ‘GROCERIES’: Chance the Rapper has dropped his new song “GRoCERIES.” The 26-year-old rapper teamed up with Houston rapper Tisakorean and Murda Beatz on the new track. Earlier this year, Chance announced that a new album will drop in July.
MARIAH CAREY, DUA LIPA TO PERFORM AT ANNUAL AMFAR GALA AT FRANCE’S CANNES FILM FESTIVAL: Mariah Carey and Dua Lipa will be performing at the annual AmfAR gala at France’s Cannes Film Festival next week. The fundraising event, set to take place at the Hotel du Cap in Antibes on May 23rd, benefits the AIDS research charity. Tom Jones and The Struts will also perform, while Chris Tucker hosts. This year’s theme is “We Can Be Heroes,” inspired by David Bowie’s classic song “Heroes.” An auction will feature original couture designs from Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada. Over the past 25 years, the AmfAR gala as raised over $210 million.
