Quickies: Jonas Brothers & Shakira

JONAS BROTHERS SINGLE ‘WHAT A MAN GOTTA DO’ TO DROP FRIDAY: The Jonas Brothers have released the cover art for their latest single, “What A Man Gotta Do,” and announced the song will drop Friday. The JoBros also posted a countdown clock online that is ticking away the days, hours, minutes and seconds until the song’s release. The artwork features Nick, Joe and Kevin standing on a messy bed while wearing suits. Kevin is buttoning his shirt cuffs, Joe has his hand over his mouth, and Nick has his hand on his crotch. The single marks the Jonas Brothers’ first new music of the decade after they made a long-awaited return in 2019 with album Happiness Begins. Billboard reported the album’s lead single, “Sucker,” was named the top song on U.S. radio of 2019.

SHAKIRA, ANUEL AA TEAM UP ON NEW SONG ‘ME GUSTA’: Shakira and Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA have teamed up on a new song called “Me Gusta.” Shakira and Anuel AA sing as a couple who are in love but have lost their initial spark. “Me Gusta” is Shakira’s first new single since “Tutu (Remix)” with Camilo and Pedro Capó, released in October. HBO announced last week that “Shakira in Concert: El Dorado World Tour,” a new special about Shakira’s El Dorado tour, will premiere January 31st. The special was filmed at one of Shakira’s sold-out shows in Los Angeles. In addition, Shakira will perform during the Super Bowl LIV halftime show February 2nd in Miami. Jennifer Lopez will co-headline the show.
