For example, the American Heart Association has these tips for a healthy 2018:

  • Eat slower
  • Cut down on snacks
  • Cook at home rather than eating out
  • Cut the salt
  • Drink less soda (That’s a hard one for Brad!!!)
  • And drinking less alcohol
