Charlie Puth Joins 5 Seconds Of Summer On ?Easier? Remix

Charlie Puth joins 5 Seconds of Summer for a remix of their latest single “Easier.”

The band has released a new remixed version of the song, which adds Charlie into the track as he sings the opening verses of the song with some of his own lyrics.

Puth co-wrote the single with Ryan Tedder, Louis Bell, Ali Tamposi and Andrew Watt.

Charlie teased the new collaboration on Twitter, writing “This week?” shortly before the track’s release. After the song dropped, Charlie tweeted a link to the song, followed by a tweet saying “Lyrics based on real life sh*t.”

5 Seconds of Summer released “Easier” back in May as the lead single off their upcoming fourth studio album.

5SOS fans were quick to point how much the song sounded like a Charlie Puth song when it first came out, and the band members are having fun with it – they’ve been spotted wearing t-shirts that read, “Easier Sounds Like Charlie Puth” and “WTF?! Charlie and Luke!”
