…at this year’s Hope Heritage Days! The town itself has been in existence as Hope since 1834, around the time a post office was established (although the area was settled four years earlier). In fact, were it not for another town in existence, Hope might have been Goshen instead. For four days, Hope Heritage Days finds the town’s population expanding to 15 times its normal size…but even with the sprawl, it still feels down-home, small-town friendly.
