If you’re into Chinese food, you might want to consider a soundtrack full of Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, according to Spence. Wine also benefits.  Although the late Keith Moon might question it, Spence recommends a good Cabernet Sauvignon be accompanied by “Won’t Get Fooled Again” by the Who, and the music of Blondie pairs up with a Chardonnay.  A little something to bear in mind, next time we see you at a wine fair.
